you may be wondering why it would seem that i have named this muffin vincent. in reality, i didn’t, well, at least not until i began writing this post.

so you have all heard me complain about the buttermilk predicament… this week i tracked down an oatmeal muffin recipe to get the job done. i took the advice of some of the comments and added vanilla and cinnamon. these got good, but not rave, reviews in the office.
